I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emily and Jayden, and let me tell you, they blew me away! From the get-go, their team was all about quick, friendly service. This app is a lifesaver! I used to spend days manually setting up product variations one by one, which was incredibly time-consuming. This app is incredibly well-organized and user-friendly. Using the app's rules, I was able to set up variations for all my products in just one day!
But the best part? The customer support is phenomenal. I had a question and was able to reach a real human expert within 2 minutes! They not only solved my problem quickly, but even offered to customize the app to better fit my website's needs. Seriously, the best customer support I've ever experienced with a Shopify app.

Lucy and Luffa are fantastic at problem resolution. I sent them an issue i was having with the image hover for my option set, and the resolve it for me within an hour. Amazing!

After several failed attempts with other apps to be able to show multiple option sets on the same product so we can display different option combination on different selections of products based on multiple logics, we eventually came across this one that did everything we needed and is by far the best and most advanced we came across - at a reasonable cost as well.
Lucy at Avis went above and beyond in helping me get this set up and configured and finally we have a suitable solution in place on our website which I had previously wasted days of time trying to set up.
