I have found their support team to be extremely helpful, and highly responsive. They were able to make changes we needed, even though the app is extremely useful out of the box.

Great app that solved important problem for our business. We needed a few products that only members of certain entities could purchase and there was no way to do this natively in Shopify. Support was prompt in helping us get setup (less than 24 hours).
I wasn't able to activate the app on my own, but Haley was able to help me over chat. I didn't have to wait long for support, and she was able to get it working for me quickly. I haven't gotten to fiddle with it much yet, and I still have to figure out how to do some things on the Shopify end with regard to the account logins. But that's on me. The app seems to be working as promised: hiding my wholesale products from folks until they create an account and login! So... I'm pleased thus far!
We are right now launching our B2B site and were looking for a price lock app. We tried a few paid apps and the one that work the best for us was this one by far.
We paid for a new theme that had some functions that weren't working well with the lock and Haley help us making the lock work perfectly and very fast.
If you are looking to launch a B2B site don't look further than this for an app to hide your prices.
I would definitely recommend this app to those who wants to grow their business for a better benefit!
Very simple and effective app with great support!
We noticed a few minor issues during the functionality testing, but the customer service team has been very responsive, quickly providing solutions or assisting with code adjustments. They were very friendly in resolving the issues we encountered.

Good support in making sure lock functionality worked for my products. Great having a free app to do this kind of curation, so I can give my VIP customers access before the public on a product by product basis.
