We noticed a few minor issues during the functionality testing, but the customer service team has been very responsive, quickly providing solutions or assisting with code adjustments. They were very friendly in resolving the issues we encountered.
Good support in making sure lock functionality worked for my products. Great having a free app to do this kind of curation, so I can give my VIP customers access before the public on a product by product basis.

So far so good. I've just installed the app and it's working as expected so far. I had some problems with the set up which meant I needed to reach out for help- one self inflicted problem, and the other (removing Sami branding) appears to require some support to remove which seems a bit unnecessary. In any case the support was quick and solved the issue so i'm happy.
