Excellent app and very responsive customer service. Jignesh has saved us out on more than one occasion now! I was impresseed by how fast the customer service was to respond and how quickly Jignesh was able to modify the apperance of the pop-up to get it looking exactly how we wanted it.

Nagaraj is such a helpful support team member! We were having an issue with our theme + button and it was fixed within 5 mins of chatting the team. This app is so useful, the support is great and it helps us keep + bring in so much revenue we would miss. very thankful!

Customer service went absolutely above and beyond to help customize the "Notify Me When Available" buttons to match our website aesthetic for mobile and desktop. I have to admit that our requests were a little over the top and they pulled off every one of them. It's been only 2 weeks of testing and the amount of revenue we are generating compared to the cost is so worth it. Had a really great experience with them and would highly recommend using this app.

I did quite abit of research before pulling the trigger on this app. I have to say , im impressed. It was quite easy to setup and we have 1000+ skus. This enabled us to manage backorder , communicate with the clients and even grea reporting features. To date, i've reached out to support a handful of times and get immediate , professional and helpful service. I strongly recommend this app to anyone looking to grow thier busniess and manage reservaton for out of stock products.

Exactly what i wanted! You can set the "add the cart" button to become "Preorder" button when the inventory becomes zero. There's also option to notify customer when it's back in stock. The design fits the theme perfectly. Customer service was quick and effective! and it's much more affordable than the alternative. There's also disclaimer/reminder at the checkout page to remind customer that there's a preorder item in the order so the customer is aware of the wait(you will need to edit this in the shopify language)
