Well worth the money. Wouldn't be without it. I have already had the need to restore and everything went very smoothly.
Installed this app yesterday, did a backup of a whole store, hopefully nothing ever goes wrong with the store but with this app I added a new layer of security so I can have a peaceful mind and be sure everything is backed up on another place and to be able to restore the whole store even if some unexpected problem occurs. Worth every cent and the prices are really affordable.
We had a few critical issues caused by other apps we weren't expecting, thank god for this app is all that can be said!
Excellent backup app with proactive customer support. I was just installing and customer support contacted me just to ensure all was well. So far it’s backing up as scheduled. Having worked in IT and Information Security for 30 years, one of the foundations of security is a good backup system.

I needed to restore 7 products that were accidently deleted when we removed an app, Backup came through and allowed us to restore all of them very quickly.
