Tried the app it just does not work at all. We have decided to cancel our trial. They kept us hours on the phone and result was nothing. Very unhappy.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience using our beta functionality for transferring data between your Shopify stores. We are very sorry that it did not meet your expectations, and we deeply understand how frustrating it can be when the new store's theme doesn't look as precise as expected.

However, as mentioned previously, Shopify imposes certain limitations on all apps, including ours, which means that some actions must be performed manually when creating a new store.
