We contracted with BayEngage and TargetBay several months ago, replacing Klaviyo and our reviews app. We are SO pleased with the quality of the apps and even more importantly, the number of reviews that are being completed has quadrupled since we moved to them. Ron is our customer service rep and he is 100% responsive, answers my questions almost immediately, and has even worked on some custom responses to our needs. I highly recommend them!

So far so good. We just started using Bayengage and the help to get it up and running as been great! Having an account manager is very helpful to me and I look forward to the extension of great service for our customers as well since we switched!

Ron spent an enormous amount of time with us helping us to create and upload all necessary forms and pop ups, walking us through each stage and every problem. We could not have done it without him.

As most companies do not want to talk to their customers these days, Ron's help over the phone was a breath and fresh air and a great relief from the fear that we might do something wrong.

We have used this company (Target Bay) for quite a few years now, and the team is amazing. They stay on top of all the communication. If I didn't know how to do something, they were there with a screen share walking me through it. I am a busy business owner, like most of you reading this. I don't have time to follow through on TONS of my passion projects as well as some important ones. The best! We have had tremendous success using BayEngage. It is a very robust platform that continues to grow with us. This app lets us get extremely detailed with our emails, and includes features like A|B testing, which is valuable for our market research. The support staff is also great and really made the onboarding process painless! Danielle, our BayEngage Account Manager, has been there with us all along the way, and has been a huge help with getting our marketing department familiar with this new software.
