Ich nutze Billbee jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin durchwegs super zufrieden!
Die Anbindung mit Shopify & Etsy funktioniert einwandfrei. Falls ich mal ein Problem habe, kann man zu jeder Tageszeit dem Live-Chat schreiben und man bekommt innerhalb von 5 Minuten Hilfe. Ich habe den Chat 3-4 Mal jetzt genutzt und mein Problem konnte jedes Mal vollständig und easy gelöst werden. Außerdem nutzte ich gerne die YouTube Tutorials von Billbee für Erklärung und nehme an den gratis Webinaren teil.
Am Ende des Quartals kann man dann einfach einen DATEV-Export downloaden und dem Steuerberater schicken. Also auch da ist alles easy.

Eigentlich ist Billbee ein super Tool bis auf dem Tag als wir uns für den neuen Shopify Shop mit zwei Lagern entschieden haben. Ein Lager für den Online Shop und das andere Lager für die POS Anbindung.
Ein Verkauf über die POS Schnittstelle endet dann mit einer Doppelbestandskorrektur bei Shopify selbst. Ansonsten würden wir 5 Sterne geben.

zunächst vielen Dank für dein Feedback und es freut uns zu hören, dass du grundsätzlich gerne mit Billbee arbeitest. Wie bereits von dir geschildert, ist es im Rahmen unseres Funktionsumfangs aktuell leider nicht möglich, deine Anforderungen hinsichtlich der zwei Lager abzubilden, da Billbee grundsätzlich nur mit einem Shopify Lager umgehen kann. POS Verkäufe und "normale" Bestellungen werden immer vom Lager, welches in der Anbindung hinterlegt ist, abgebucht. Cannot stress how much easier our lives have become since using Billbee in Spring 2017. We have used many types of software, and Billbee and Slack are the only ones which have stuck to us through thick and thin.
Customer Support is awesome, and very fast. Great product!

Great system for multi-channel vendors.

Good working app. Everything what you get from billbee is easy to use works fine for small and big businesses. The support is great and the price modeling is perfect for growing businesses who don't want to pay to much fixed money per month.

Billbee's great. Maybe not perfect. But for small money we get our shipping efforts on Amazon, Ebay and Shopify stable and well managed. I can only recommend it to everyone
