Its for the second/third time i am facing such isue where i got charged for the plan i havent even used bitspeed social login in any way not even a single customer sign in is done coz they don't even support customer account 2.0 but they added one month charge on my bill this frustrating and unprofessional at the same time.

Our team has already reached out to you multiple times to explain the charge and to help review your account in detail. We are committed to resolving this transparently and fairly, especially when expectations do not align with technical limitations or plan status.
Billing is system generated based on installation and active plan status, not on sign in volume. However, when there is confusion, our support team always steps in to review and assist on a case by case basis.
We take concerns like this seriously and encourage anyone with similar questions to contact our support team directly, as these matters are handled by real people and addressed responsibly.
I couldn't find any customer support. Even after I sent several emails, there was still no reply. My store has been constantly redirected for login or registration due to this app. I have to switch to a new app. It's very sad
