Hands down to the best customer service and Mae! I’m following Blanka since the beginning and they always had the best service. Doesn’t matter if u are currently using a Membership or not. And they are improving so much! It gets easier and easier for me to sell in Europe with all the regulations. Still need to do a few things on my own regarding safety sheets but blanka is handled already a huge amount. And I really need to point out that they also stand for quality! If there is for any reason (what basically can happen cause we’re all human) some mistakes or problem with the products they act fast to fix that!

Can’t wait to see what’s next! :)

They were kind and tried to make things right, and I genuinely hope their business keeps growing.

That said, the shipping was just too slow...over a week for a basic highlighter isn’t ideal. I had to cancel, and my customer wasn’t happy.

The app’s also a bit pricey, with limited flexibility. Not the best fit for a fast-moving store, but I’m rooting for them to improve.

Since your order was printed on demand, a few business days are needed for processing before shipment, as outlined in our FAQs. This ensures that quality is never compromised, especially during busy periods. We understand how delays can impact your business, and we're constantly working to improve turnaround times.

We also offer the option to purchase inventory in advance, which can be stored at our warehouse or shipped directly to you for self-fulfillment. This allows you to bypass the production queue and have orders shipped within just 1–2 days.
