I was having some technical issues and almost lost it, until I contacted support through the help chat icon and Mae that awesome support specialist popped up and straightened everything out, it was smooth as butter. John has always gone out of his way to respond quickly & effectively. He has helped me several times & always goes the extra mile, as has Beck. Beck actually FaceTimed me when I opened my account with them about 3 years ago, she’s always been kind, knowledgeable & professional. The entire team really works towards your success.
