Fulfillment time is extremely slow. Actually I really dislike leaving a bad review, but it’s frustrating that it takes 6-10 days to get a tracking number. Possibly longer. Other than that we don’t have any complaints. The customers are apparently happy with the quality.

With our print-on-demand option, it really does take more time to fulfill because as you may already know from our previous emails and our FAQ's, dropshipped orders will need to go through our printing queue where we can ensure that your orders/products are branded beautifully with your logo.

If you would like faster fulfillment, we highly recommend ordering inventory and storing them at our warehouse, to be used for fulfilling your customer orders orders. That way, we can ship out your orders within 1-2 business days only and you can receive tracking the moment they ship out.

Havent been able to get into too many details with this site, but shipping seems pretty high. And I am giving a review without actually using the website first. It seems easy to navigate and straight forward which I like.

I just signed up recently but haven't launched my store yet. Here are the things I really like so far:
1. Customer service is literally 20 stars (thanks John!)
2. I love the idea of the brand plate for consistent, professional quality logo printing
3. Every product can be branded, as well as individual product boxes
4. Monthly app fee is reasonably priced
5. 3-5 business day North American shipping

Here are the things I think they could improve on:
1. 5-9 business day printing time is too long. Higher paid tiers should receive priority service
2. Color options are very limited for many products
3. Many makeup items are made in China. Their website is misleading in that regard (it says the products are made in North America). You don't even know unless they send you a 'product info list'
4. They don't have individual color swatches. They keep discontinuing colors so swatch photos are inaccurate as a result (they only have color swatches shown on an arm). I was told their design team is too busy to make updates to photos
5. There's no way to import all color options as a single listing. So every single color is a separate listing
6. They don't have a list of color undertones and to put a color finding quiz on your website is $199 US
