I had an excellent experience with Blockify support. Demi was extremely helpful and took the time to review my entire setup to make sure everything was configured correctly. We have been dealing with ongoing bot activity and fake customer account registrations, and Demi provided several additional ways to block suspicious IP addresses, email patterns, and other fraudulent activity that I wasn't aware of.
He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. The support was fast, professional, and very thorough.
I highly recommend Blockify to any Shopify store owner looking for fraud prevention and outstanding customer support. Thank you, Demi, for all your help!

Ben at Blockify was quick with sorting out some unusual traffic coming through from Singapore. He was really helpful from the start — he got the issue sorted quickly and didn't just fix the problem, he also took the time to give some really useful advice on how to manage similar issues going forward.
