So far we are satisfied with the performance and it seems this app would work best for us going forward. Hope this really works well as changes can be seen gradually only, nothing happens in a day.

It wasn't just emails back and forth, it was, "let me share your screen and walk you through it!" The interaction with Charlie in Customer Support left me feeling really optimistic about my entire business operation. With people like Charlie in my corner, I'm gonna nail this.

That being said, it looks like you only used Boardroom for 4 minutes before uninstalling the app, which I suspect means you didn't really use it at all. In light of this, are you willing to remove this review? We're a small business and a 1 star review is fairly detrimental to us. Thank you in advance!
I was billed for using the it on the trial period. How will I get the money back? I installed it on july 13 and uninstalled on 19th. But you charged for 1 month. The App is good for writing blogs.
