I signed up for 12 month plan so you know what I think of it. Saves a lot of time.Support group is very helpful but not needed much. Integration with Bonanza went smoothly. if only it made coffee as well............

Excellent app and support. They stayed with me every step of the way to get up and running. Very easy to use. We listed close to one thousand items with it so far and still going

Excellent service, helped me a lot with products and syncing to Bonanza. Really helpful team always available to help with whatever is required.

These guys are the best in the world when it comes to Tech Support. I have had many small issues constantly and CEDcommerce personal always have come through for me 24/7. There are so many sites with hardly any help or have to email and takes like forever to get a reply back. To fix issues feels like it is going to take a while. However, with CEDcommerce support, they must best people i have ever met and there are very patient and understanding your issue and always come up with a solution to help me. Thank you for what you do and always looking after us. Thank you

This Bonanza App is easy to use. Like all apps the initial setup takes some time to get it right. You want it right because they are your listings! The support is responsive and helpful and they dive into your company to help. Other app companies you have to email and hopefully you get a response in a couple of days. Not these guys! answers within an hour using their Skype support. Very nice.

p.s. I use their Ebay, Google Express, and Walmart App also with very little to know issues at all. If there is a problem its usually on the other end and not them but they help to resolve the other end issues very quickly.

So far I have to say Bonanza integraton from CedCommerce is #1 Best customer service! I had the pleasure to work with Karshit Bhargava who knows all the ins and outs of almost every question I had - and I have a lot! I’m not techy-at all!- And if he didn’t he gave me the contact number of an actual live person who did. I couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you so much Karshit for taking your time with me.. Bonzonza - CedCommerce is fortunate to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable employee. Thank you!!!

The app is helpful tool to import products on Shopify to Bonanza and the customer support (via Skype) is brilliant.Professional customer support and great App.

Hi All, It's me again, Bobbie at Chic Boutique and Gift Emporium. Once again I am here to tell you about the amazing Staff at CED Commerce. I am so sure you are all tired of reading my reviews, but as I continue on my Journey with this Company and adding on my Marketplaces, I have to let you know how things are going.

Once again I have been fortunate enough to be able to use CED Commerce for another marketplace and I have not been disappointed. I would have thought that by now Swati and the gang would have been tired of me continuing to bless there presence, but she hasn't given up on me yet.

If you have never tried this team for any of your marketplaces, I will tell you now that you need to take advantage of the FREE TRIAL they offer and put them to work helping you become successful. They are available 24/7 with there amazing customer support and the development team is the hardest working team I have found in the industry. and when I say 24/7 I am not leading you on, they have even helped me on Holidays because as business owners we all know that sometimes that is our only down day that we can concentrate on getting other things done.

I know that words are not enough, but I always try to remember to thank them for all the hard work and help they provide me. And of course the hours of stupid questions that I ask and they gladly answer. But once again I will tell you all to reach out and give this company ago.

You won't be disappointed and if you are scared and new to this, they are there to help you get up and running and cheer you on with every new order you receive.
