Great App For Building New Supplier And Retail Partnerships
We have had a very positive experience with Buddify so far. What stands out most is that it is not just a basic dropshipping app — it opens up much wider opportunities around supplier relationships, retail partnerships, and product sourcing.
For merchants looking to expand their catalogue without taking on unnecessary stock risk, Buddify offers a very practical solution. It has been particularly useful for finding new partnership opportunities and creating a more flexible growth model.
What I like is that the concept goes beyond simply importing products. It feels much more focused on helping brands and retailers work together in a smarter way, whether that is through dropshipping, wholesale, or broader collaboration.
The app also feels especially relevant in the current market, where having reliable supplier options and alternative routes to growth is more important than ever.

I think this App has a lot of potential, though I still haven't found any collaborators, but maybe it's because my store is very niche and not many can sell my products. Also David from the Support team was very patient and helpful, and answered all my questions meticulously.

On the plans page, if you scroll down slightly, you’ll find an option labeled “Continue with the Starter Plan.” This plan is completely free and allows you to supply up to 10 products to the platform.
It’s possible this option may have been overlooked, so as a welcome gesture, We`ve assigned you a 1 year free Buddy plan.
I like this, I have not had any business yet but It would be nice if I can search businesses by the tags. I only want to find sports and outdoors retailers. I need to filter that tag for example.

It's a great platform with some serious potential, but it's severely limited by the fact that most of the shops on Buddify don't ship outside of their countries. We are in Canada, and I'd say a good 90% of the shops listed don't sell or ship to Canada, it's our only real issue with the app.

We love the concept, and are more than willing to give it a try. We had some questions about the whole process and getting things set up, and Emma was a huge help! she has dealt with a few emails from us asking questions, their customer service has been amazing.
We see this as a huge benefit down the road for us to offer more product we'd normally never have a chance at stocking, and for other stores to have the same opportunity.

So far i am very happy that i installed the app. Integration is seemless and all my products are almost listed. Customer service by David was very helpful and i am looking forward how everything goes and if this results in sales

Buddify has been a lifesaver for our small business. We specialize in eco friendly pet products and are in the process of launching our all natural Yumkins Pet Treats line. The great thing about it is we can upload all of these products on Buddify. It gives everyone the opportunity to exchange and sell each others products for better exposure and profits. It's a great platform to get your foot in the door with larger companies and the modern day style of dropshipping. WE LOVE IT!

They force you to pay 1 year up front. I tried it out and have gotten zero partnerships. Very quiet and inactive platform. Save your money.
We offer free plans, as well as affordable monthly and yearly plans, which are successfully used by thousands of our customers. Please know that no one is ever forced to pay for a plan—you chose the yearly plan to enjoy the available discounts.
You've been with us for about 3 months, and we can see you already have a retailer partner actively trying to sell your products. Buddify provides a great platform to showcase your products, but ultimately, it's up to brands to decide whether to resell or buy wholesale. While being proactive definitely helps, we noticed you haven’t reached out to engage with other brands yet.

I initially gave this app a 1 star review (because I had a poor service when I first installed this app), and was contacted by the owners and given an upgrade to try it again, and to rewrite my review. I then gave it 4 stars.
That was a mistake.
I set up my store on this app, with the instructions that were given, at the time (November 2024) and my store was set up so that others could sell my wares, NOT so that I could sell others' wares, as I had intended.
I got busy with Black Friday and end of the year and have just now been able to come back to this app and I see there are 8 "partners" to my store.
The app has better instructions now, and has a guide, including a video, telling you how to get set up with them.
No where on this video did I see that people are to import your listings, which not only copies and pastes photos/videos from your site, but several stores have copied and pasted the descriptions that I painstakingly created myself. This is not okay with me. This can confuse customers, and can severely hurt SEO.
I have now had to contact the owners of these stores requesting them to remove those listings from their stores, only to be told by some store owners - that (1) this is the way Buddify works; (2) that this doesn't hurt SEO and (3) just remove my store from Buddify and that will fix the problem.
None of that is a solution. (1) This should NOT be the way Buddify works, because you should write your own listings. (2) It does hurt SEO and (3) I've contacted support already and awaiting a reply from them, but am not holding my breath.
This is not a good app.
