it costs 9$ for 1000 pictures a month and most of us have less then 500 anyway and it saves you about 30H renaming them by hand.

Wow, so far, this app is doing exactly what is meant to do, and it is doing it well. I had to upgrade plans, as I went through the first 3000 too fast, but worth the money for unlimited bulk task. I will tackle file naming and alt text after resizing everything. I only wish it would take 300 ppi down to 72 ppi, but no luck.
Have tried it for 10 min so its hard to give it 5 stars across the board. Works well so far.
