I'm not going to lie, I haven't used the app completely in a live environment yet. But I've been doing a lot of custom coding around the app and the support has been excellent.
They even take the reigns on some of the coding just to ensure it gets done proper.

Very helpful support team, I had lots of questions and they answered quickly and clearly. I especially like that this app allows you to create a single page with all of your bundles, and separate pages per bundle (vs having everything on the product pages).
