Updated. The company worked hard to resolve the issues, but it still took a good amount of time and caused some major losses. I appreciated their responsiveness, Our website has been down for 3 days, as our entire system is built off of bundle builder. They pushed a major update without notifying anyone, and now the app hits an error message and can no longer be installed. Communication has been terrible and there have been no updates.

We use this to create a Pick n Mix Bundle. It works really well and the team are very quick to respond if there are any issues.
The only downside is that it uses the Shopify discount functionality so customers cannot use discount codes when buying the Pick n Mix.

I've been really pleased so far with this app and the developers have been fantastic. We did find a small problem that only started occurring after about 6 months but the developers helped rectify the issue within a couple of hours (despite being on opposite sides of the world to each other). Excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

I use this app to offer a BYOB on our website. I've been searching for an app like this for a long time, and this one by far is the best one out there. The set up is quite easy and when help needed, the support team is always happy to help! It still missing a few features that I hope will be added in the future but I definitely recommend it

Asked for feedback on an issue 5 days ago - have responded after 2 days but just asking for more info. Time zone issue. Think it is just a payment issue as we had a developer with free trial and now we paying but either way - fix the issue - or tell us how - and then we can move on. Now sorted thanks

I like using this app to help make product bundles to sell items that would otherwise not sell by themselves. They're a few glitches with how the app interacts with Shopify that could be fixed. Ex: fixing up the sale prices int he bundle app doesn't automatically translate to Shopify products/inventory. Also, whenever I make any changes in the actually bundle, I have to keep it in mind to go to my products in Shopify to reset the inventory and bundle prices; every single time. It's a hassle but I really like the way bundle presents the products.

Really nice app and great customer service. The app itself needs a bit more fine tuning so the products on the bundle page can show more detail and can match the look of the overall website better etc. But overall working well for us as a custom hamper option.
