App stopped working completely, contacted customer support several times. Only response ever received was 'Facebook has implemented modifications to its API, which has resulted in the emergence of this issue.
Our development team is currently working to resolve this matter.'
However every time we tried to check on the issue they only replied with 'Our developers are still checking on this'
First contact was February 2024 last email received was April 2024. It's now July and we still do not have a working app on our site yet are paying a monthly fee.
When the app was working you'd have to constantly check your website to see if any photos actually showed up. If they didn't you'd have to reconnect to get the pictures to show up.
Do not recommend.

Just got the updated version of this app this week and really love it. New features are amazing and price is also too much lesser than other similar apps. Love their support service as well. Love the new features as well. Amazing.
Set up was super quick, easy and it immediately installed itself and worked as advertised. A great feature to have for a site like ours, where customers have been posting pictures that they have been taking with our product. Love it!

It can show up my posts i like in my shopify and my customers will know all my good info in my instagram.
So the customer will be not hesitated to order in my shopify as soon as possible, because i just repost my fans' post, that means they have bought my products already and review it , good way to tell the new customer that the products are recommended by the old customers.
