Sam is an absolute gem, genuinely great customer service from the app developer themselves (not a whiff of ai thankfully). They answered every question politely and provided helpful content. They even supported me with some extra elements from 'behind the scenes' too. The app itself is straightforward to install and does exactly what it promises. If you're a business looking for a back-in-stock notification tool with a human being behind it, look no further. Highly recommend!

Very easy app with lots of options. I lost so many sales before I used Back in Stock notifications, Now I know who opted in and what they will wait for, which helps when I have reorder without spending too much $ guessing. Excellent customer service, fast and very helpful. Really like this app.
