It fits our website needs perfectly. We only need the back-in-stock notification button. It’s easy to use, and I don’t have to spend much time figuring out the setup or how the functions work. Also, the developer responds quickly.

We mainly use Kbite for back-in-stock notifications, which are especially important for us because we sell collectibles and our inventory can be very volatile. When products come back in stock, they can easily sell out again shortly after the notification goes out.

The app has worked extremely well. Setup and integration with our Shopify store were very straightforward, and everything has been running smoothly.

I only needed to contact support once, and the response was both quick and helpful. In fact, that experience was one of the reasons I decided to upgrade to the paid plan.

Most importantly, the app has helped us generate several thousand euros in sales that would have been much harder to recover without an automated back-in-stock system. For just $5 per month, the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommended.

App does exactly what you need it to do, easy to use UX even for non-techy owners. Was doing a big update recently and it got stuck. Sam responded immediately and fixed the issue. Has helped our business immensely.

Great app to help my store manage the out of stock flow, it was very easy to set up and use!The team is so on it, I needed help when I added the out of stock button to a particular place and they adjusted it so quickly! Also, there is a free plan with a reasonable email quota and the paid version is very reasonably priced as well! Effective, Easy to use, Actual people reply to my emails quickly, honestly cannot recommend it enough!

So far, looks great and, while a little confusing to get showing on the site, support from the developer was superfast and friendly (I actually figured it out in the end before I truly needed help so pretty easy). Definitely worth considering as on my old site that was the number one request from browsers.
