Does it's job, setting up is easy and the support while changing the position of the button is fast and good. Not extensively used yet.
This app is going to be a game changer for our company. Customers have been asking for months for a way to get notified when a product comes back into stock. Setup was SOOooooo easy. Took about 5 minutes, and the support was quick and responsive. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to at restock alerts to your online store!
App just installed and running smoothly. Contacted support as we wanted to move the location of the button and this was actioned within minutes. Excellent service.
Exactly what I was looking for. Had trouble setting up the button to work on initial setup but Sam from live chat support immediately answered my question and I was fully setup within a matter of minutes.

Cart Bite Back in Stock alert is a great little plugin! But the customer service is even better!
I made a few changes to my website that messed up KB's interface with it because I'm an uneducated dumb dumb, I instantly opened their customer service chat box, vaguely and loosely describe the problem then went to bed. When I woke up, Sam at KB at solved and fixed everything with plenty of time to spare for me to prep for relaunching some products. IDK how the tech wizard did it.
