The app is very helpful if you have multiple stores and need to track every case. It allows you to leave notes which was always a downpart of PayPal/Klarna when more than one person is working in there.

It is is still having some issues at time but when contacting their support via the chat funktion it gets resolved very fast. I am sure in future this app will be perfect and it will take less time to solve the cases, and to keep track of appealable cases.
