My partner complained we were answering the same questions over and over like typical where's my order, what's your return policy, do you ship to australia, etc. installed chatbase and it just handles all of that now?? Customers get answers instantly and we barely need to check our support email now. Freed up so much time for us to actually work on the business. Setup took like 30 min tops
We sell fashion pieces on shopify and were getting SO many dms and emails asking about sizing and "what goes with this" esp at night when our team is offline (most of our customers are in a different timezone). Chatbase handles all of that for us now. gives sizing advice and even suggests matching pieces and adds to cart. Setup was super easy too just connected our store catalog and it trained on that. Wish we found this earlier!
