Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.

This app has enabled us to create popup locations for the safe selling of fresh chicken during the pandemic. We did encounter a problem with the app after an update. I reached out to Zapiet and they corrected the problem almost immediately. There quick response enables me to continue boasting of a 99.9% uptime. I would recommend all shopify users to look into this app that is easy to integrate and provides instant human support.

We literally could not operate our business with out this app (or at least it would be significantly more difficult). This app is essential for any business that offers a combination of pick, delivery, and shipping. We have retail locations where we offer pickup of healthy prepared meals, local delivery that we deliver using an in-house team, and are getting set up to ship using 3rd party carriers. The app informs customers of these options as part of the checkout process in a seamless, easy to use way, and allows us to easily manage and fulfill the different kinds of orders on the back end. And a HUGE thank you to Sam for some of the quickest and most thorough customer service we've experienced. If there is a problem it gets fixed super quickly or a solution is queued for the dev team--they are very responsive to the feature requests of merchants. Thank you Zapiet team for creating such an essential app for our business!

We added this app after the Covid outbreak meant we needed to drastically change how we operated (we are a coffee shop). It has been perfect for what we needed to accomplish with our online ordering and adding a delivery service. Greatly appreciate the app--and all the help with my numerous questions and problem solving to tweak it perfectly to our store. Would definitely recommend adding it if you're like us and you need to switch to an organized way of facilitating new pick-up/delivery systems.

I am using Zapiet date & time picker and their delivery rates based on postcode and both are working flawlessly a lot more functionality than others ive tried.
this is the only one that allows you to add a date & time to draft orders

The Zapiet team is really helpful. I wanted to popup a window box, they gave me a good solution to solve it. and the team always gave me quick responses when I have questions.
