Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Using this app for local delivery to my town in Australia. The staff have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Thankyou so much! Would highly recommend!

I used this app to help with my pick up times and dates. It works amazing and when I was having trouble with a feature I reached out and they quickly worked with me to show me how to do it. Excellent Customer service and very quick and eager to help

The Zapiet team has continued to make progress and improvements, increasing reliability and quality of service in the last few months, and we appreciate their commitment and assistance. Zapiet is certainly the best pickup/delivery system on Shopify I'm aware of!

Update 1 (4/2020):
After 1 week of launching, noticing a large number of bugs:
1] dropped delivery orders
2] dispatched orders that remain unfulfilled in Shopify
3] widget doesn't dynamically update when cart items are added/removed

Support team unfortunately hasn't been responsive in getting these issues fixed and our operations team is suffering. Good luck.

Love the Zapiet team & product. We were able to push out delivery + pickup service to our store in just a few days which really helped when the pandemic hit. The entire team is extremely helpful & supportive - this is the app to choose for adding pickup / delivery to your Shopify store.

We found this app to fit the specific needs we had for our store to do local delivery and make pickups available. We breakdown delivery charges by zip code and used Zapiet's Delivery rates by zip code app to make that work. We had an issue because of a misconfiguration (missed a setting) and local delivery wasn't working, but Bogi helped out and went back and forth with us to resolve the issue and answer other questions we had. There was a slight delay, this was at the start of all the covid lockdowns and I kind of expected as such. We did have one feature that seemed to work in the last version, that was changed in the most recent version, but the app is very well made and thoughtfully put together. Thanks guys.

Support for this app is absolutely the BEST! Sam was wonderful and patiently resolved several issues I had during the initial installation.

The app itself is fabulous and does exactly what it promises to do. Customizing it is easy. If you have any minor glitches/questions along the way, you don't have to worry since the customer support will be there to help make it right. I would highly recommend it!!!
