We are using this app to deliver locally and set parameters around that. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in tweaking it over the last 30 days as we test its usability. We're very happy now with how it works for us. Especially appreciate that they proactively follow up when I contact them, then get distracted by the many other balls in the air running a business. They don't let issues fall through the cracks. Great job Zapiet!
The Zapiet support team are second-to-none. Fast, friendly and helpful... such a refreshing change from the often sub-standard support shown by others apps.
Great app and even better service. Had an issue getting it working with my cart and support had it fixed in no time.
I must say the help these guys give you is truly amazing, just that alone is worth having this app. the app it self works fantastic especially if you have a few locations and some locations that offer delivery.

Their support is the best I've experienced with an app. It's Saturday afternoon and resolved my issue, coached me on how to avoid in the future, etc. I'm glad to have found this app. It will allow us to expand our online orders for local delivery and pickup. Yay!

Had a few issues setting up, but the chat support was good but I needed a phone call as this app is so important to it's success.... and wow the phone call I had with Steph was incredible, he sorted every issue I had and even set up external issues I had like Google Maps. So happy now, I can honestly say that if the owners of Zapiet read this - Steph is an absolute credit to your company. It's the best support I've had in 5 years of using shopify apps, so the product is great and if you get a phone call from Steph if you're struggling you're very lucky! I'd give 5 stars for the app and 10 stars for Steph if I could.
