This app is pretty confusing, especially when paired with the general confusion of Shopify itself, but the customer service is really wonderful. I talked with Lisa for over an hour on the chat function and she was wonderful and so helpful.

UPDATE: We have been using the app now for just over a month, and it is really great. And their support continues to be fantastic! Our store is really complicated, offering local delivery only to a certain zip code, and only one to two days each week, with cutoff days and times to order. SO configuring has been complicated. But they have walked me through it and I am very pleased. Very responsive and able to help me quickly with online chats and, if needed, follow up emails. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Haven't used the app YET, as we are launching delivery in a couple of days... but the customer support is PHENOMENAL!!! Flora & Ronan were very patient and answered all of my questions and solved all of my issues.

New site, trying to get app installed and integrations working with other apps listed as "integrations". Overall App advertises some great functionality but in reality it isn't a straight out of the box solution. Support is slow and responses are generic. Better documentation would help for integrations with other apps listed as integrations. Anyone know how to setup/troubleshoot integrations to Onfleet and Inuitive Shipping? No response from support on my requests.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.
We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Works great. And when there are glitches, customer service is good. They respond within 24 hours, I'd say.
A fantastic app for anyone who would like to deliver their goods on their own! I was able to customize my delivery schedule to my convenience and to that of my customers. The integration was easy and smooth!
The support of the zapiet team- Sam and the others there- are phenomenal. They are quick, takes the pain to help you understand exactly how things work and help you out at any point throughout.
A fantastic team and a great product. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to give the option of store pickups and local deliveries on their own, to their customers.
