This app was great for helping us with setting up store pickup and delivery. The team has also been absolutely amazing in responding in a timely manner and helping us with any kinks we've run into. Easy to use and would highly recommend. Kudos to this app and the whole team!!!

I sent an email on Saturday Night. Sam responded before the sun had risen that morning and got me set-up and ready to go before lunch on Sunday. Their response time and accuracy was Awesome! We have been using this plugin for a couple years as it is the only option that suits our unique needs. When it works, it works great. The problem is it goes through waves of not working. This has only become worse in the last few weeks.

Support is slow and they never take ownership of the faults in the app. I have provided evidence and shown how I have replicated issues that customers have had and will still receive feedback such as:

"It looks like the customer is doing ...." or "Shopify doesn't let us..."

It is obvious that the majority of issues stem from their servers being overloaded and lagging.

This app is responsible for significant losses in income for our business in the last month and we have chosen to wear the costs of converting to a different platform just to avoid using this app.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

I just started using this app in the wake of the COVID-19 shutdown, and the ZAPIET team was amazing in the speed of their response in helping me get local pick up and delivery working properly on my theme, despite the fact I know they're swamped with new customers doing the same thing! So far the app is working well for us, and I'm grateful to have such a simple solution to quickly add pick-up and delivery options for my customers! Highly recommend!

We have had quite a few teething problems with getting the app set up to our specific requirements and the customer service we have received has been fantastic. Communication from the support team has been excellent and always fast

This app has been pretty great for our online store! It allows us to take orders for local pick-up. It's fairly straight-forward to use and set up. Zapiet has been very responsive in their customer service and helping to address any issues we have. I would definitely recommend this app! Thank you Zapiet and all your great employees .

This app delivers exactly what you think it would do. We had a couple of problems/bugs after install but the support team helps us to solve these. Just be careful if your Shopify theme isn't from the official Shopify website.

Talking about the support team, they're friendly and answered my interrogation in an ok time. (1 or 2 business day)
They have been able to customise their app to our store, and it's very appreciated!

Would recommend for our futur customers!

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest and thorough feedback.

The issue you experienced with rates, is caused by an update made by Shopify. Shopify has changed the format they send some product data to us in the carrier request so our system was no longer able to process the request properly resulting in rates failing. This affected other apps as well.
As soon as we become aware of the issue, we posted about it on our status page advising merchants to use static rates until Shopify resolves the issue: https://status.zapiet.com/

Previous review was positive, but I have to edit it as after using the app for a few months we have experienced numerous issues that can never seem to get fixed, and support, though responsive, can never solve.

We are constantly having issues with customers selecting pick up. Some products cause pick up options to disappear for no rhyme or reason. Whenever I bring it up to support, they ask about all the other apps we are using, when clearly zapiet is the issue as this has nothing to do with our other apps. They escalate the issues, and then something 'magcically' gets fixed, but it is a temporary fix, and the issue then comes back.. and we start the process again. I am frustrated but have no other options then to keep working through these issues. As a small business, having to constantly go back and fourth to deal with these issues is time consuming and frustrating. Hope they can improve this part of the app.

OLD REVIEW: Great easy to use and so much better than any other options! Integrates with everything you need. Customer support actually knows what they are talking about too and very quick to respond.
