Great app, has solved me a lot of problems. Special thanks goes out to the support team, specifically Sam, who is solving problems every hour of the day. This app might not work straight away with third party shopify themes, that have been bought in Themeforest, but thank God - we have Sam who is on top of his game from dusk till dawn (and possibly 24/7)! :)
A bit tricky to set up and get just right for your specific needs (we are a local flower shop), but once you get it going it works like a dream!

Came back to bring that review down to a 1 star. Even upon removing the app the code remains and continues to break our site. Oh, and I'm not sure if it mentions it anywhere, but new customers (and old) should know the only way to update the app is to email or call them to do so manually on their side. So don't forget to check daily for updates or someday you'll wake up with a site that doesn't work anymore...
App has mostly been good, however, as indicated by some other reviews there are site breaking bugs that pop up constantly. Having to delete products and make them again, flipping settings on/off/on just to get them to load, customers sitting on load screens and unable to checkout. If you want to keep these customers you better up that support system ASAP.
Apparently we aren't the only ones...

A simple and effective app that does as it promises. Support was quick and helped us install and configure the app to our needs - so far so good!
Horrible customer service!! Problem loading order. Multiple bugs and assistance not responding. We are handling 200 orders per day and this app is creating many problems for us

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.
We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Excellent app! Transformed how we do business! This app has allowed us to give our customers the option for delivery or store pickup with great user experience. We can control the delivery and pickup slots and it's great to be able to view all orders for each slot in the admin. It does require being quite tech savvy to get set up but customer service have been brilliant with any questions or problems I've had with set up. Thank you! Keep up the great work.
Great customer service, easy install. Was looking for an app like this that would let the customer bypass having to put in their shipping info and finally found the best app for that. Couldn't be better!
