Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We had "In-store Pickup" listed on our shipping options for $0 and had multiple customers choosing the option regardless of the fact they were nowhere near our store. This lead to multiple issues with customer service; namely people angrily reaching out to ask why their order hadn't shipped yet. Most had chosen the option solely because it was the only "free shipping" available. Thanks to Zapiet we no longer deal with that issue because the store address and pickup option are clearly visible to our customers before even reaching their checkout. The app is aesthetically pleasing, the customer service at Zapiet goes above and beyond, and the it works exactly as it should... causing minimal to no confusion on the customer's end and saving us significant time sending shipping invoices for those who mistakenly used to choose in store pickup. This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.

Initially had many issues integrating the app as I was using a custom theme, but the Support Team was extremely helpful and patient in addressing all my queries. A great app and a superb support team :)

From other similiar apps we were having bugs with, Zapiet saved our store and were really easy to get ahold of the english speaking customer agents who helped so fast and you can reenter the chat whenever if another question arrises. I am located in Colorado so I wasnt sure that this UK app would be the best choice. So far, its exactly what we wanted after torubleshooting so many other ones

The best App for Delivery and Pickup. Managed to set it up in less than 1 hour. Has a lot of options like limiting no. of deliveries per day. Worth the price!
