Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We own a company that sells gifts and before getting Zapiet our clients were confused in our checkout. They would never give us the recipient phone number and sometimes they would choose the gift to be shipped via our Canada Post Flat rate box for more money than it would have cost if they selected delivery which is faster and cheaper. Super awesome. Definitely a must for all with brick and mortar store(s). This is the way the customer shops today, get information on the internet, purchase online and wah lah get item(s) same day. Just like what the big boys are doing. On top of that the support team is stellar. Thank you Sam and your team at Zapiet.

Hello, I've deleted this app but it's still active in the shopping cart, how long does it take to be removed ? Or what can I do ? VERY URGENT

Seems like a great app. Veno has been very helpful with an integration issue with another app and also provided other fixes and solutions for me.

We needed the possibility to let our visitors/customers to choose pick-up or delivery, as well a date and time slot. It was an urgent need. Although it is very busy in these difficult times we really had the best possible support. So in our opinion a 5 STAR APP! We had some issues in the beginning, but they where solved really quick and the app gives us all the possibilities we need (and more).

Horrible company and customer service had no knowledge of app being install to our site found out after 10 days later, with not access or me providing additional information for app to function. Contacted customer support and let them know we had no knowledge of app being installed and removed it with no use after discovering app was installed to our account and still was charged. very ...

Great app and made the move from WIX to Shopify worth it! Support team was very responsive and proposed a good solution to the feature I wanted added. Highly recommend this app & Team.
