Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

Good initial idea but very bad implementation. There are always new bugs. Since today, the delivery date/time requested by the customer is no longer added to the order. I have to develop patches to fix the errors in the Zapiet application!

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.
We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Although with COVID, they were experiencing issues as with every other internet based company, once things calmed down they have been completely hands on and have helped me in prompt time, with every response! Even when I don't respond in a timely manner, I get an follow up email:) Love this app!!
SP+D is working awesome for me. Whenever an issue was encountered a developer from Zapiet responded as soon as they could given the time difference from CA to Europe. And went into our site and fixed the issue ASAP. We have store pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping working flawlessly. Local delivery is feeding info to Deliv just fine. And this app works great with Zapier. When an order is placed, no matter the fulfillment type, SP+D sends all required data to our orders spreadsheet and Slack channel via Zapier. Yes it takes times and patience and know-how to make all this happen, but once it's done it all works like a Swiss watch. I highly recommend this app! A+

Great and fast support !!! They help me fix the problem right away. I would suggest using the app for the best customer service.
If I can give zero stars, I would. With everything going on, you want your online store to be efficient and streamline. I've put in more tickets to have my issue resolved than orders received! They would escalate and nothing would come of it. Very disappointed!

I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you faced trying to get support from my team. Since the start of COVID-19 crisis we have been hit hard on the support front. Only a couple of weeks ago we was a super small team of six people, with an average response time of 2-3 hours.
Since then everything has changed.
We are now a team of 20 and are still actively recuriting. With the aim of getting our response times back down to the best in the business.
