Zapiet has been very user friendly from the get go. Easy to set up, learn, get started using. Reasonably priced for the subscription and allows us to offer the local delivery and pickup services we need to as a flower shop using Shopify as our POS and ecommerce site. Today I was having issues with my Zapiet app, due to no fault of theirs, but their customer service got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue I accidentally caused (I had accidentally disabled a widget feature). Stephane fixed it from where he was at and immediately had things working for me again. Appreciate the user experience you guys offer! Great product.

This app is an effective tool for allowing customers to select shipping type and date selection. Integrates well with other tools for populating rates. Relatively easy to use. Some settings are controlled in the general settings while some settings are associated to individual stores, so keep in mind you may have to designate similar settings at each level.
Customer support went above and beyond any experience I've had with other apps on Shopify. The support team demonstrated developer-level knowledge, an understanding of their tool in the broader Shopify ecosystem, and were extremely proactive to resolve the issue I had (an odd loophole in checkout that was ultimately resolved by updating the app). 5/5 best app we use on Shopify.

Being told that I have to upgrade shopify because their check out doesn't support subscriptions....but it's worked before today...I would try and get to the bottom of whether its a money spinning con but with he 'help team' taking 15 minutes to respond each message this app is entirely not worth it. Refund please!!!!

To clarify, the issue you're encountering is due to the way Shopify's checkout process handles rates when using subscription apps alongside our Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates. Unfortunately, Shopify's system tends to load the cheapest rate available, which can cause conflicts with the specific method selected in our widget.
The upgrade to Shopify's Carrier Service API is necessary to resolve this issue, and we understand this can be an inconvenience. However, please know that we do not receive any financial benefit from you upgrading to use this API. Our goal is to ensure that our app functions smoothly and provides the best possible service for your business.
Regarding the response time from our help team, we replied to your message in under 10 minutes (6 minutes to be exact). We strive to provide quick and efficient support, something that many support teams often cannot achieve.

This app is sensational! Honestly people I am a complete novice and know nothing and websites and this app has allowed me to provide shipping rates and set shipping delivery schedules across more than 7 different locations across 4 states in Australia in a matter of hours, all with different lead times, it is AMAZING!
Beyond the capabilities of the app, the customer service level is seriously out of this world! I have never had someone be so patient with me, whilst I am being so stupid fumbling around, and get me looking like I am a genius! The customer service rep knows who I am talking about, she was an absolute gem.
Don't waste your time people, this app is the BEST!

I have used several shipping apps now and have been using Zapiet for about 6 months and I love it. It is super easy to set up and use and I recently added another custom options app to my website which was interfering with the shipping functionality. Stephane from Zapiet jumped in there straight away and was able to assist in solving the issue in a matter of minutes. Super happy with the support received and definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to add some great shipping options to their website!
