The customer support from Zapiet is unmatched. If we're ever having a problem or need help doing something (even adding custom code) they are very quick to respond and always help us solve the problem (even if it's a Shopify problem).

Great app, great fast and kind support. Works as expected and is worth the money!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the standard abandoned cart emails from Shopify won't work with the app because they bypass the date selection. With a modification, you could direct your customers to the cart instead of the checkout. This would work, but from a conversion perspective, leading them to checkout would be more effective. Additionally, if a customer opens the link in your email on a different device, they won't see any products in their cart because Shopify stores the cart locally in a cookie.

Works great, support is hit and miss but the last tech that helped me was able to ID the problem and I got it fixed easily. Works way better than native shopify delivery, would recommend to anyone.
