We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box.

We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!

No support!!. Sent email at the beginning of April, we are in May and my issue still not sorted.
This is unacceptable. My store is busier than ever and because of the lack of support it is slowing down my delivery process.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need. To top it off... Customer Care / Support has been absolutely stellar! We had some additional help and their team were quickly there to make sure we got this up and running the way we needed it to. Big Thanks To Andy and the rest of the team at zapiet!

Great support. Being using it for years and is a perfect match for our needs. Highly recommended. Latest fix (thanks Jelizaveta!) down to user error, as is so often the case.

And today (Sept 2024) a follow-up few words of further praise (thanks Jeanette!). Brilliant help solving a Shopify update which impacted us. Rapid response and great job. No effort spared to even improve our site, over and above the pre-update functionality. Couldn't recommend more.

I had some troubles with the app after an updated rolled out. After a few emails, I decided to turn to Facebook for support. Support was quick and helpful. I would highly recommend the app as it simply works. Documentation is fantastic in their support forms as well.
