I have used several shipping apps now and have been using Zapiet for about 6 months and I love it. It is super easy to set up and use and I recently added another custom options app to my website which was interfering with the shipping functionality. Stephane from Zapiet jumped in there straight away and was able to assist in solving the issue in a matter of minutes. Super happy with the support received and definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to add some great shipping options to their website!

Herman was very helpful with assisting me today. His response time was good. He was easy to understand and his instructions where easy to follow. When I'd made a mistake accidentally deleting something, he was very quick to offer to re-add it. My client will be over the moon that this app is now working and she will be able to open her Shopify store in the next few days.

I never do these surveys but honestly Jessica with Zapiet support was absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition one can get. Super helpful, responded very quickly and helped me fix issues with my shopify store that weren't even related to the app! Fantastic application. We have three options available for our online customers, These are; Home delivery if within our delivery radius, Pickup from our store, and postage on selected items. Each require customers to select days and timeslots so we can pick and pack their orders.
I have tried other applications but none have worked as well as Zapiet - Pickup and Delivery. Also the integration with Order Printer Pro works well.
Customer support is also great as they were able to resolve an issue that arose with the proceed to checkout button being unlocked. This was fixed by the Zapiet support staff in a timely manner.
