Andrew has been SO HELPFUL. I emailed him asking if he could integrate this app with Enitures "WWEX Freight LTL" Shipping App and he has been corresponding with Paul (Owner at Eniture) to help get the integration. This app has literally transformed my website! Not only has it offered my customers the ease of scheduling pick ups and deliveries, but the customer service is top notch! I have used this app for years, since the days when it was just starting, and to see it improve over the years as it adjusts to the demands of shopkeepers has just been phenomenal. I am impressed that their customer service now extends beyond the european time zones. Klaudia has been a tremendous help this evening as I worked through configuring the language around my customer checkout experience. She stayed with me even though I had to take an hour break from my computer to help my kids! That is unheard of! It's nearly impossible to get the same person in dealing with any sort of customer support these days, which usually means you are explaining your situation to five different people. Klaudia walked me through everything so patiently. I always appreciate how Zapiet customer service reps teach me how to do things myself and also offer to do things for me that I might feel uncomfortable with (like coding). Thank you to the whole Zapiet Staff! My favorite Shopify app by far!

AMAZING SUPPORT! Sandy has consistently assisted me during these hard times of COVID-19. Even when my questions are simple and easy she takes the time to get back to me in a timely manner. This app has greatly helped us and our customers choose the right option for delivery and shipping.

My frustration turned out to be legacy code on my site. The support team came through in a big way to fix things and saved the day. After my search for other similar apps, I can say that this is the racehorse that you really need.

Very disappointed that the app didn't function as promised. The 'Delivery' option never worked, and despite repeated attempts to contact their Support, the issue was never resolved. Uninstalled and looking for something else.

A very good app. It made setting up a click & collect service very easy indeed. We've been using the Store Pickup functionality since we launched our new website in 2018. We are now in the process of adding a Local Delivery service, also using the app. Have used Zapiet support on a number of occasions – they have always responded quickly and been very helpful. Update: March 2022 - used Zapiet support yesterday and they were awesome! Had a super quick response via LiveChat. They quickly identified the issue, and put things right straight away. They also flagged up another issue which I was then able to put right. Excellent support (thank you Sandy!) and an excellent app.
