Great live chat service by Clemency. In my timezone (Asia). Intelligent support agents who know their app inside out. We've had this app connected for more than 5 years and whenever we need help (which is rare) they are there to help. Just added it on our new store. Shopify you should give this app some kind of special treatment for its excellence service.

The app is doing exactly what it supposed to. We have plenty of customization we can make. Very versatile app. The support is very friendly and clear in their explanations.

I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. Great team to work with to get any problems solved instantly. Recommending this app to anyone who's looking to help ease a customer user experience when it comes to placing an order time and pickup.
We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box.
We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!
