Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

The Help Team at Zapiet was very responsive and worked with me to answer my questions so that I was able to successfully update my shopping platform. I really appreciate the Zapiet team!

Great for when you offer an array of things like delivery, shipping, and in-store pick-up, like our store does. Their app handles it all.

Honest review: The platform works great if you use it "as is". Unfortunately there is no technical support number to call and all correspondence is done via email. We finally received support from someone named Sam and he/she was awesome because Sam addressed all the issues as opposed to looking at one support ticket and telling us to file a new ticket for the other issues. Customer service has been very quick and efficient. Thank you. The app is helping us with customizations that we couldn't do w shopify alone, although i wish it were allowed to operate more fully (control over shipping address fields, etc) and not be forced to fit inside shopify restraints.

Great app and very user friendly

Nous avons ajouté cette application à notre eshop pour pouvoir paramétrer au mieux nos livraisons & click&collect, la mise en route a été un peu laborieuse (ce qui explique la note, si j'vais pu j'aurais mis 4,5 ;) ) mais à chaque fois que nous avons eu un problème ou une question nous avons rapidement reçu aide ou réponse, et une fois que tout est fonctionnel l'app est juste top !

WE use this app, as we have some pretty unique pickup/delivery requirements and it fit the bill. has had a few issues over the past year, however their support has been FANTASTIC - Kudos to all of you, especially Sandy Jolin, who has gone above and beyond to fix issues, and identify settings that should be reviewed to help improve our overall experience! Great job Zapiet!

There are limitations to the app such as not being able to isolate a collection for specific delivery dates only. There's workarounds but they are pretty buggy. BUT, there is a lot of good about this app. Plus, the support team is super helpful and very accessible. The awesome support bumped my rating!
