Great support team. The team helped fix our problems very quickly and the app works perfectly. I highly recommend Zapiet and their apps.

I've been using this for a year now and haven't encountered any problems. Their support is very helpful and responsive to all of my inquiries.

I have my delivery option set with a minimum and noticed I would periodically receive orders under the minimum. I reached out for support and Sam returned a response promptly. Not only did Sam fix the issue but he took the time out to explain what I had done wrong. They're awesome! And the app is exactly what I needed:)

Their active chat professionals are very helpful. Jessica, in particular, was very efficient and fixed a lot of issues we'd been having quickly and with clear communication.

The app itself is fantastic, and the support team are incredible. We recently updated our Theme and it really messed with a lot of the apps that we had installed. Of the dozen or so apps that we use (and needed to reach out to), Zapiet have by far been the most friendly and efficient team. They've even helped us with aspects of our Theme upgrade that fall outside their actual app, which has been so helpful.
