Just a few moments ago, we launched the Zapiet app, in combination with the ShipDay (a home delivery mapping app that has been integrated with Zapiet. I cannot tell you yet what the results will be, but I can tell you 2 things: (1) the delivery scheduling functionality of the Zapiet app matches what our customers have been requesting for a long time; and (2) the Zapiet customer support team that helped with the integration is EXCELLENT!!!! We worked with Bogi Szabo and Marija Belina. They supported us with 3 separate calls. They were consistently professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There technical knowledge of the app was far superior to that of other app developers I have worked with. I give them our highest marks!! Thanks Bogi and Marija!!!

This app is the only delivery app that has everything I need. some of my products can't be shipped through the mail, and must be hand delivered or picked up. also my food product is made for a date in mind and has to have prep time. So I need multiple options
This app does it all and more.
support is always fantastic and quick considering I am on the other side of the world to the support team. They also check over my setup and offer suggestions to make things work better.
Worth the money in managing my orders better, and it helps my business grow.

Just installed the app but the setup was pretty easy and the support was great. (I had lots of questions.) So far, it's working as advertised. App handles both delivery and pickup with the same level of attention. Other apps I looked at had much more functionality for delivery, but pickup is just as important for us.
The product and support is top notch! Without this app my store would not be so modern and future proof.

Great app and made the move from WIX to Shopify worth it! Support team was very responsive and proposed a good solution to the feature I wanted added. Highly recommend this app & Team.
Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!
