We use Zapiet to set the collections, deliveries and the postal orders we do. The app is great and easy to use but if you have an issue, the support is phenomenal!

This is hands down the best app available on Shopify. It's so useful if you have a situation where you offer store pickup, local delivery, and/ or shipping. You can specify certain product types to be just pickup, or delivery, or shipping, or even a combination of these methods. I suspect this app will be even more useful now with the impact of Covid-19, I'm sure more businesses are looking for curbside pick-up or contactless delivery solutions. The developers are the best too. They respond promptly and their developers understood all my challenges and went above and beyond to solve the issue and even making customization for me. I'm so pleased with the level of commitment this company has to put out a great product and to stand by it with excellent documentation and live support. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Previous review was positive, but I have to edit it as after using the app for a few months we have experienced numerous issues that can never seem to get fixed, and support, though responsive, can never solve.

We are constantly having issues with customers selecting pick up. Some products cause pick up options to disappear for no rhyme or reason. Whenever I bring it up to support, they ask about all the other apps we are using, when clearly zapiet is the issue as this has nothing to do with our other apps. They escalate the issues, and then something 'magcically' gets fixed, but it is a temporary fix, and the issue then comes back.. and we start the process again. I am frustrated but have no other options then to keep working through these issues. As a small business, having to constantly go back and fourth to deal with these issues is time consuming and frustrating. Hope they can improve this part of the app.

OLD REVIEW: Great easy to use and so much better than any other options! Integrates with everything you need. Customer support actually knows what they are talking about too and very quick to respond.

I have used this app for a few years and it is great, but the best part is the customer service, they are fantastic and nothing is to hard! Each time I need assistance with changes or small issues they are fixed super quickly and they couldnt be nicer to deal with!
