Always great support from the team at zapiet! the app works great for us allowing are local customers to shop online and avoid shipping costs
I am a web developer helping my client, who runs a local bakery, switch over to Shopify. This app has all of the features we needed for local delivery and pickups. I had an issue with the maximum radius not working and Aaron at customer support helped me out. Even though customer support is only through email, Aaron got back to me within 24 hours AND it was on a weekend. (Thanks!)
One thing I have to say is that it is a bit tricky to set up, but the app company Zapiet seems to be updating the app consistently and I am hopeful that this is a great fit for the bakery. We are launching this week!
Amazing Customer Service, Support and Product. We love how we can set up our cart page for customers to choose from Pick Up, Delivery and Shipping. We were able to customize what each options can do. Amazing App, and even a better group of people to work with.

We have been with this app since the beginning of COVID. It definitely had its challenges with the influx of users, but a year later, it now has a chat and is much easier to access help. They even customized some things for us, which is great (like a colour button)

Setup is easy and I needed a custom install on my theme which they did in less than a few hours. Highly recommend!
