Great customer service and functionality, especially the order cutoffs and prep times allowed us to limit order flows based on our operational needs.

I use this app for my dessert shop and have been working closely with Pamela and Ismail to fix a couple of issues related to my store's theme, as well as make some small changes to better fit my needs. The customer support has been AMAZING. Responses have been quick, detailed, and issues were fixed promptly and effectively. Great App and support. We were able to change the text throughout the plugin to suit our copy tone of voice, customise email templates and the rest of the process was straight forward to setup. Andy was on hand to help with our themes Ajax cart implementation.

After having various issues with a different app providing a delivery/store pickup Shopify integration, I lucked up on finding Zapiet's app! It works very well for our store's needs. Although there was a lot of initial configuration to get the settings right, this developer provided wonderfully detailed instructions for every step of the process. I greatly appreciated this since I could never get the other app to work properly due to settings issues. I ran into only one performance problem with this app due to a misconfigured setting. When I reached out to customer service, Flora and also Jayne quickly looked into the issue and let me know what I needed to fix to resolve my problem. I cannot stress enough how great the customer service is and that means everything to a business like mine that thrives on the success of store pickup and delivery transactions.
