Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

This app solved a complicated shipping issue we required for a quick launch date and the support was so amazing! They helped us the entire way though getting it installed and helping us test different variables. They really saved the day all while being so friendly the whole time too! Can't reco enough :)

All the settings and restrictions we needed to run a very complicated holiday operation, fulfulling in one location for pickup at another. Some of the beta settings still need improvement (limiting pickups/delivery per window), but support has been very responsive. Constantly adding new 3rd party delivery services too.

Not only does this app work flawlessly but we received phenomenal support from the Zapiet team! Thanks in particular to Sam, for helping us achieve the results we desired.

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). We have been through a ton of apps to help our local online business. I wish we would have started with Zapiet from the beginning. But, we went the cheap route first, and it cost me so much more in the end. Because Shopify doesn't have an easy way to change email templates based on the order, I was manually editing the email templates (which I have not experienced with). Ultimately, it just made my company look unprofessional. With Zapiet, we are able to deliver much better customer service and manage our orders easily. They really considered the importance of customer flow. Zapiet allows the least resistance of all the pickup + delivery apps.
