Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). Please note; this works for domestic orders only. Also helped me as the developer of the store to make sure everything worked and looked good during a team-call. Couldn't be more happy! We have been through a ton of apps to help our local online business. I wish we would have started with Zapiet from the beginning. But, we went the cheap route first, and it cost me so much more in the end. Because Shopify doesn't have an easy way to change email templates based on the order, I was manually editing the email templates (which I have not experienced with). Ultimately, it just made my company look unprofessional. With Zapiet, we are able to deliver much better customer service and manage our orders easily. They really considered the importance of customer flow. Zapiet allows the least resistance of all the pickup + delivery apps. And their customer support is fantastic not only providing solutions but giving proactive advice to our use case. So glad we found you. Thanks!

If you're looking for Store Pickup and Delivery choices for site, this app is the perfect choice. It looks great and works superbly. When we changed our theme we experienced a minor issue which was rapidly resolved over a weekend! Only a few hours later all was working perfectly again. Excellent support from Zapiet!
