Great customer service. The direct chat was helpful and prompt. When a problem couldn't be solved via message they were quick to set up a zoom meeting to resolve the issue. Everyone was easy to understand and very helpful.

Connected with customer service on a multiple locations, each time they told me my account was canceled and I was still getting charged. Asked for a credit because I never used the account, still waiting for a reply and still getting charged for an app I never used.
Never used because I reached out to customer service the first time for help on how to work app, no response.
