Are my products coverable?

Eligibility is dependent on a number of factors, such as if a product has electrical or mechanical components, how it is used, and how claims would be resolved. In order to be eligible, products must have a minimum 14 day return policy and a 90-day limited warranty.

Onboarding with Clyde

Onboarding with Clyde is simple: the first step is to install our app.

Our team will review your catalog and let you know via email if we offer a program that suits your business.

After we’ve reviewed and confirmed your store’s eligibility, you’ll complete onboarding by activating Clyde's calls-to-action (CTAs) for your site and connecting billing. While you finish onboarding, we’ll match your catalog to protection plans. If we encounter any issues while matching, a member of our Merchant Onboarding Team will reach out to you. Once you complete onboarding and your catalog has been matched, you’ll be all set to launch! We will email you to confirm that your store is live.

We've been using Clyde for over a year now and it's such an improvement over our previous protection plan solution. I'd recommned Clyde as a easy way to added protection plan up-sells in your site. The dashbaord is clean and support is prompt.
