I don't know what changed but seemingly since Clyde was acquired by another company, their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and haven't even gotten so much as an automated response.
